THE SHOPPERS WAY POLICY 

THE SHOPPERS WAY considers the customer to be very important.  Please take the time to read THE SHOPPERS WAY POLICY before making a purchase.  It is very important to read the agreement statement at the end of this section.  Please note that the item you purchase is checked for quality before shipping and especially packed according to size and quantity.

PAYMENTS:

All Payments for items purchased on theshoppersway.com are through PayPal. All payments in US currency. We start processing your order once payment is confirmed.

YOUR PURCHASE:  Your purchase is confirmed before it is shipped. 
All items are inspected prior to shipping and are shipped directly by the Shoppers Way.  You can request tracking information on your order by contacting: orderstatus@theshoppersway.com.


PLACING ORDERS: Make certain you provide the correct address. We are not responsible for errors  due to an incorrect address. You supply this information to us.

PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice.  However, you will be charged the price listed at the time of your order.

AVAILABILITY:  Items purchased are generally available for shipping within 3 to 7 business days after order is placed and payment is confirmed.  Occasionally, additional time will be needed for printing and special orders. 


SHIPPING & HANDLING:  You will be charged for shipping and handling based upon the number of items purchased and location.  Standard Shipping on all items.  Expedited shipping available by special request. Items sent by US Postal Service (First Class or Priority Mail) or by FedEx Ground.  We currently only ship calendars within the US and Canada.  Special arrangements will be considered for shipping to EU countries, Hong Kong, and Japan.  The Shoppers Way cannot guarantee delivery on international shipments and there are no refunds or returns on international orders.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:  Refunds

Returned calendars are refundable only if the item is intact and resellable.  No refunds will be given on returns that are damaged. Calendars must be packed and returned by the same way shipped.

 

 

Exchanges:  Any exchange will be charged a 10% standard "handling/restocking" fee and item must be returned intact and resellable within 10 days of receipt of the order. 

 

There is one exception to the return/refund policy: 1) Items Damaged in Shipping - refund available, but item must be returned within 10 days of receipt of order with a copy of the complaint filed with the Post Office or carrier.  The Shoppers Way must be notified immediately about shipping damage at support@theshoppersway.com before returning the item. 

 

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS:  Your order confirmation from theshoppersway.com will contain a copy of the Return/Refund Policy.


SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING CUSTOMER PAYMENT SECURITY:
theshoppersway.com will always confirm a purchase and payment via e-mail prior to shipping your order. If you have any question about the order or charges, inform THE SHOPPERS WAY immediately at payments@theshoppersway.com.

To help ensure payment security, The Shoppers Way uses PayPal for payments and all payments are governed by PayPal policies.

PRIVACY & E-MAILS FROM THE SHOPPERS WAY: The Shoppers Way does not, and will not, sell or share your information to anyone except when required by law or shipping your order.  Your payment information remains totally private with PayPal.  The only e-mails you will receive from THE SHOPPERS WAY are responses to your questions, about your orders, order status, and similar, and follow-ups to previous e-mails. From time to time you will receive e-mails from THE SHOPPERS WAY introducing new  additions to the
Gallery or special offers, and you will always have the option to opt out of these e-mail mails.
